Spécialités MB is a family-run Quebec business that was founded more than 30 years ago.
Our plant is located in St-Hyacinthe, on Montreal’s South Shore. We’re proud to be federally registered, with Level 2 SQF and HACCP certification.
Our speciality is processing meat: beef, chicken, pork, veal, lamb and turkey. Many of our products, both raw and cooked, are frozen in our tunnel freezer. This method of quick freezing is more efficient and yields better results. Our foods are flash frozen at an extremely low temperature, preserving the foods original texture and flavour while ensuring it has a longer shelf life without its taste being compromised.
Our specialized equipment allows us to provide our customers with a wide variety of raw and Cooked frozen food.

Our products are sold through many networks: our customers include grocery stores, restaurants, childcare centres, schools, hospitals and industrial clients. Most of our products are exported to the United States, as well as to Mexico in some cases.
If a product is recalled, our cutting-edge traceability system allows us to identify and retrieve all of our products at any point in the production process, from receiving the raw goods until the finished product is delivered to our customers.
