Set aside.<\/li>\n<li>In the same pan, sear the fondue meat over high heat, very quickly, with a little oil, salt, and pepper. Cook just enough so that it loses its pink color.<\/li>\n<li>Return the vegetables to the pan with the meat, mix, and keep warm.<\/li>\n<li>Cut the bread rolls in half without slicing them completely. You can toast them lightly in the oven or on a griddle.<\/li>\n<li>Generously fill each roll with the meat and vegetable mixture.
