Pulled pork burger with coleslaw

Ingredients:

  • MB Specialties pulled pork (Code 25014)
  • 3 cups finely sliced green cabbage
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Brioche burger buns (or your choice)

Preparation of the coleslaw:

  • In a large bowl, combine the cabbage and carrots.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayo, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour over the cabbage and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Assembling the burgers:

  • Toast the buns if desired.
  • Top the bottom half with the hot pulled beef.
  • Add a generous spoonful of coleslaw.
  • Close the bun and serve.
