

Pulled pork burger with coleslaw
Ingredients:
- MB Specialties pulled pork (Code 25014)
- 3 cups finely sliced green cabbage
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Brioche burger buns (or your choice)
Preparation of the coleslaw:
- In a large bowl, combine the cabbage and carrots.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayo, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour over the cabbage and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Assembling the burgers:
- Toast the buns if desired.
- Top the bottom half with the hot pulled beef.
- Add a generous spoonful of coleslaw.
- Close the bun and serve.
