In service of our goals to uphold quality and reduce waste, we decided several years ago to focus exclusively on frozen meat products, such as beef, veal, pork, chicken, turkey and lamb, which were popular with our consumers. Freezing our meats extends their shelf life while also enhancing food safety, which is our top priority. This shift has contributed significantly to our current success and has strengthened our position in the market.
